We specializes in restorative yoga.  Restorative yoga teacher training.  Yoga nidra and gentle classes. Working with people who are highly stressed, also people with chronic illnesses. Restorative yoga focuses on relaxation techniques that calms the body, and relieves stress. With chronic illness it helps people become healthier and more relaxed. When you have a chronic illness and become stressed it often makes you more ill. Being sick all the time is stressful. You don’t need to be ill in order to take the training or the classes. It is very relaxing and relieves stress.


Restorative yoga helps restore balance.  If you have a chronic illness, panic attacks, stress related disorders try restorative yoga. The training includes mediation, visualization, breath work, and yoga nidra and savasana techniques.  It is a unique experience to enjoy and a very good experience to learn to teach. 


Our teachers are extensively trained in relaxation techniques, meditation, restorative yoga asanas and much more!  For restorative yoga you need props. Bolster, eye pillows and a blanket. Most teacher trainings take place in beautiful Tampa Florida.
